Lane graduated from Oklahoma State University of Technical Training with an Associate degree in HVAC and began working at Donohue Service Company in 1987 as a Service Technician. He was promoted to Service manager in 1994. Lane's responsibilities include day to day operations of the service department, gross profit for contracts, gross profit for project sales, and continual training of service technicians.
