As General Manager of Donohue Commercial Service, Zach Willoughby provides strategic leadership backed by more than 10 years of commercial HVAC experience and over 20 years in the service industry. His expertise spans custom HVAC system design, commercial project management, service operations, and preventative maintenance program development.

Committed to operational excellence and exceptional customer service, Zach is focused on advancing the "Donohue Difference" by building a team known for quality, responsiveness, and long-term client partnerships.

Outside the office, Zach enjoys traveling, hiking, sports, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Jenny, and their three children.
